RG Performance (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Ethian, LLC, runs the RG Performance Speed & Agility Camp in Norman, Oklahoma. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using earnthebolt.com or registering an athlete, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you register, contact us, or reserve a spot:

Parent/guardian information: name, email address, and phone number.
Athlete (child) information: name, date of birth, grade, shirt size, allergies, and medical notes you choose to share.
Emergency contact name and phone number.
Waiver records: your electronic signature, the date/time signed, and the IP address used to sign.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Photos and video: only if you opt in to photo/media consent.
Limited technical information needed to operate the site and keep accounts secure (such as login session data).

2. Children’s Privacy

Our program is for children, but our website and registration are intended to be used by parents and legal guardians, not by children directly. We collect a child’s information only from a parent or guardian who provides it during registration. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or submit their own information. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How We Use Information

To register athletes and operate the camp.
To communicate with you about sessions, scheduling, safety, and your account.
To process payments and manage memberships.
To keep athletes safe (e.g., allergy and emergency contact information).
To improve our program and respond to your questions.
To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the program, with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

Stripe — to process payments securely.
Resend — to send transactional and program emails.
Cloudflare — to host the website and store records (including waiver PDFs).
Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities when required by law or to protect safety.

5. Photo & Media Consent

We will only photograph or record your athlete for marketing or social media if you opt in during registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using new media of your athlete going forward.

6. Data Retention

We keep registration, waiver, and payment records for as long as needed to operate the program and to meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; we may still send you essential messages about your account, payments, or safety.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the site. We do not use them to sell your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above.
