Terms of Service

1. The Program

RG Performance provides in-person youth speed, agility, and power training for elementary-age athletes in Norman, Oklahoma. Sessions, schedules, and locations may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes.

2. Eligibility & Parental Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the athlete you register, with authority to agree to these Terms, the waiver, and payment on the athlete’s behalf.

3. Registration & Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date, including medical, allergy, and emergency contact details. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Per Session: $35 per session (one-time).
• Monthly Membership: $185 per month, which automatically renews each month until cancelled.
• Sibling discount: $10 off for additional children, applied at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges, including recurring monthly charges for memberships until you cancel.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of changes to ongoing memberships.

5. Cancellation, Pause & Refunds

• Monthly membership — cancel anytime: cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded.
• Pause instead of cancel: you may pause a monthly membership (e.g., for travel, a tournament, or illness). Billing stops while paused and resumes when you reactivate.
• New-family satisfaction guarantee: if the camp isn't the right fit, request a refund within 7 days of your athlete's first session and we'll refund your first month, no questions asked.
• Per-session (drop-in) charges are non-refundable once the session is attended. If you can't attend a session you've paid for, let us know in advance and we'll credit it toward a future session.
• If RG Performance cancels a session (weather, heat, or safety), monthly members are made whole through make-up days; anyone who paid specifically for that session receives a credit or refund for it.
• Other refunds (medical, relocation) are handled case-by-case in good faith. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

6. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Athletic training involves inherent risks. Participation requires a signed liability waiver completed during registration. The waiver is part of your agreement with us, and these Terms incorporate it by reference.

7. Health & Safety; Code of Conduct

You confirm the athlete is healthy enough to participate and that you have disclosed relevant medical information. Athletes and parents agree to follow coach instructions and camp rules. We may remove or dismiss an athlete for conduct that endangers the athlete or others, without refund for sessions already provided.

8. Weather & Schedule Changes

Sessions are outdoors and may be moved, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, heat, or safety. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

9. Photos & Media

We photograph or record athletes for marketing only with your opt-in consent, which you control during registration and may withdraw at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The RG Performance name, logo, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The program and site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, RG Performance and Ethian, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid to us for the program in the prior twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the program or site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
